The Chicago Cubs defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 11-10 in an extra-inning thriller in Chicago. With four lead changes and a dramatic two-run ninth inning by the Cubs to force extras, they sealed the victory with a walk-off single from outfielder Ian Happ.

The two teams will face in game two of the series on Wednesday in a rubber match between Ben Casparius and Matthew Boyd.
